Focusing on only one kind of product for the last thirty years, to produce better casters has always been the persistent target of our company. We strive to exceed our customers' expectations in everything we do. The pursuit of self-challenge and perfection makes us different, and we convince it is what makes us better.

On the 20th of April, 1986, under the lead of Mr. Yu Bingkun, several partners rented a workshop of less than 100 square meters and started up a business with three pressing machines. Thirty years of focusing on the production of carters have brought outstanding achievement to Longway. It has grown to become a large enterprise with a modernized production base of over 30,000 square meters and an annual production capacity of over 20 million wheels and casters, which is now one of the leading caster manufacturers in China.

So far, Longway has more than 3000 kinds of independent-developed products, including heavy-duty and super heavy-duty series, scaffolding caster series, furniture caster series, medical caster series, trolley caster series, industrial caster series and stainless steel caster series, etc. All products are manufactured strictly according to international standards. Many of the products and raw materials can also pass tests, including RoHS, REACH, PAHS, EN 840 and EN 1004. In 2003, we already passed the ISO9001 international quality management system certificate. Now All production processes are strictly under the requirement of ISO9001: 2008. From raw materials to final products, every process is strictly controlled and tested to ensure quality.

Every year, millions of funds is invested in updating production equipment and molds, such as the 400-ton auto stamping machine, robotic arms for injection machine, automated assembly lines. The equipment provide a solid foundation for the sustainable development of our company.

Inspired by "Lean production comes from lean management," Longway has always been sticking to the pattern of "Lean Thinking." It is the idea that guides our staff to strive for excellence and at the same time motivate us to create more value and offer better in-time service for our customers.

Building a talent team is an essential method of cultivating high-quality staff and improving the enterprise's core competence. We put staff training in the first place because qualified staff members are the key to high-quality products. The improvement of staff capability leads to better manufacturing processes.

At present, the total staff number of Longway is around 300, with more than 30 staff members in the department of engineering technology & product development and the department of quality control. Our company includes six departments: department of technology development, department of QC, department of installation, department of material control, department of administration.

Honesty is Longway's business tenet. In 2006, "Longway" was awarded "Guangdong famous brand" by the Industrial and Commercial Bureau of Guangdong Province. At the same time, we received praise from Administration for Industry & Commerce of Guangdong for business honesty and tax payment. ("Keep contacts regard credits" for 20 consecutive years and "grade A taxpayer" honorary title from, etc.)

From 2013, we've been awarded BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) certificate for years. We always manage to provide the best working condition for every staff member in Longway.

In 1992, we started to sell caster to overseas markets, such as Southeast Asia and the Middle East. With the continuous development, our production technology has been largely improved. The quality has reached an international level. Many enterprises in developed areas and countries such as Europe and the United States choose Longway as a fixed production partner. Some of them are global well-known multinational enterprises.

"The world rolls on Longway Casters." All of our actions, projects and missions have the same vision. The first thirty years are just a short period in Longway's history. We are looking forward to the next thirty years to achieve a higher target.
